1) Equipment
Piquion Production agrees to provide professional sound equipment including PA system (amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers), mixer, microphones, stands, cables, and related components, plus any items on the delivery checklist signed at setup.

4) Delivery & Site Readiness
Lessor delivers and installs equipment at the venue. If the space is inaccessible or not ready, Lessor is not responsible for delay or lost time; standby may incur additional hourly charges.
5) Power & Malfunction
Lessee provides safe, adequate electrical power. Damage caused by overload, surge, or faulty venue power is Lessee’s responsibility (repair or replacement).
6) Damage, Loss, or Theft
Lessee assumes responsibility for equipment from setup until removal, including loss, theft, or damage at full repair/replacement value.
7) Liability & Indemnity
Lessee shall indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from claims or damages arising from use or misuse of the equipment. Lessor is not responsible for interruptions due to power failure, venue restrictions, weather, or force majeure.
8) Overtime
Extension beyond scheduled time is at Lessor’s discretion and must be prepaid at the stated overtime rate.
9) Cancellation
More than 72 hours before event: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours: no refund. Weather/government restrictions may allow a one-time credit within 60 days, subject to availability.
10) Governing Law
New York law governs this Agreement.
11) Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior discussions.
